Any data that is entered into our website is stored by us with a view to provide better services to the customer
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

What data is collected and why
- Email
If you send us an unsecured email, you are responsible for any breaches of privacy data that may occur. - Web server
When you visit the Site as a guest, our web server will capture your IP address, the time and duration of your visit, and the pages on the Site that you visit. It may also collect information about your browser. - Forum
Currently not used however, the content on the registration form for the forum is sent encrypted to my email account. Any information you provide on this form, which typically includes your forum name and your email address is stored in the forum database and enables you to login and use the forum. There are other fields you may choose to fill out with additional information like your gear which is also stored. Your forum password is stored encrypted.
I do not sell or give out a list of any information I collect about my client such as their names, email addresses and websites.
If you want your stored information to be removed, send us an email. You can choose if only your account is removed or your account including all posts you made. - Embedded content from other websites
Articles or forum posts on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, sounds, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. - Cookies

Currently not used, but: Your use of this website can be tracked by various web analytics packages. This gives us an insight into how people are using this website. Your usage can be captured by Google Analytics and a WordPress plugin. However, it does not provide any personally identified information. It does track your IP (internet protocol) address and from this infers your likely location, country of origin, browser, machine and similar data. - Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection and for legal reasons. - SSL
This site uses SSL/TLS (https://…) to ensure a secure connection.
